Residential Leasing Module
During the current licensing cycle, July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 every MN real estate licensee will be required to take a special 3.75 hour CE course module on residential leasing. CE credits will only be given if the licensee successfully passes an exam. If the licensee fails to pass the exam his or her license will become inactive. PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS WILL BE OFFERED AT RASM. Watch for more details.
